Left :the official seal of the Stervian State.

The eight branches visible underneath the black circle represent the eight branches of the Polar Star.

As seafarers, ancient Stervians adopted the Giant Sea Turtle (Eylfalas in Stervian) as their national symbol. This very special species, bearing a star-shaped pattern on its back, is able to find its way during thousand-kilometer long migrations through oceans.
The eight-point star represents navigation skills and the four small eight-point star represent :
- the 4 winds
- the 4 cardinal points
- the 4 main qualities according to Stervian traditio (honour, justice, bravery and self-sacrifice).

The official motto of the State (Senatus PopulusQue Stervianum) is visible below. It means "The Senate and the People of Stervia" and is only present on official symbols of the state (for example on the State ensign as "S.P.Q.S.")
