Your Excellency,
We have received your offer to attend a summit with existing MESTO
nations and those of the former Federal Republic of Brolecia.
It is also our desire to revive MESTO as an active component of
international relations and a summit could be useful for that purpose.
We would like you, however, to clarify the sentence : "(...) that our
honorable organization can seek a permanent disposition for the Realm
of Mestonia." We would be grateful if you could explain the
implications of this. We also think it could be useful to decide a
meeting's agenda *before* it takes place.
