HM's Government agrees wholeheartedly with the importance of the Stervian
Confederation in the Melanian Sea zone.
(quote) It is particularly important to establish a serious partnership between our two countries, given the number of questions regarding both of them, among which the advancement of international law of the sea and bilateral agreements on maritime boundaries.(end quote)
HM's Government is ready to embrace and debate any treaties or agreements
which the Stervian Government believes to be necessary.
(quote) We would ask you to grant your agrément to the appointment of Stanislas Mirbaut de Soltis as Stervian ambassador to the Kingdom of Ordland. A former Federal Judge in the Supreme Court of Brolecia, Mr. Mirbaut de Soltis has extensive knowledge of Mauretanian affairs.(end quote)
Ordland agrees on the nomination of Mr. Stanislas Mirbaut de Soltis as
Stervian ambassador to HM's Government. He shall be most welcomed in Newton.

This is our desire as well. We believe that the Melanian Sea zone has all
the capabilities to become one of Vexillium's major developed and
