Aux amis et relations de la République, présents et à venir, salut.

Your Excellency,

We acknowledge your answer and accept with great pleasure your proposal to establish consular relations. If you agree, Mr Aric de Hautmont will be the Stervian consul-general to Zartania in Imperial City. Mr de Hautmont will travel onboard an unarmed Stervian Air Force aircraft in service with the GVTS (Government VIP Transport Squadron) and is ready to depart at any time.

Our Government accepts the appointment of Cdr. Natasha du Mareq as Zartanian consul-general to Stervia. Overflight, landing, and refueling privileges for the two fighters accompanying Cdr du Mareq's aircraft are granted for any day between the 5th and the 15th of April, 303, at your convenience. Landing and refueling will take place at Loic Markssen AFB near Blakelock where officials from the Foreign Ministry will be waiting for Cdr du Mareq.

The Confederation's consular seal has been attached to this message.

Peace and prosperity to the Friends of our Republic,

Best regards,
