Your Excellency,
Almost one year after its proclamation as main successor State to Brolecia, the Stervian Confederation has addressed many urgent international cooperation, economical and security issues.
We now feel that the time has come to build solid, lasting relations with our regional neighbours. As a nation in Melania and in Delgamia, with special responsibilities towards the Mestonia Park area, Stervia is a first-rank neighbour to your country.
We would like to invite you to establish full diplomatic relations with our Republic.
Should you choose to respond positively to our request, we would ask you to grant your agrément to the appointment of Dr. Johan Michiels as ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Lamb’s Cove and the Southern Plantations.
We sincerely look forward to establishing a lasting relationship, as neighbours having a lot of things in common, among them the
pursuit for peace and a better world.
