Ines Verdeira, Secretary to the Minister for External Relations
Kingdom of Ordland
Aux amis et relations de la République, présents et à venir, salut.

Your Excellency,

It is our pleasure to acknowledge your proposal to establish diplomatic relations. One year after its proclamation, the Stervian Confederation has given attention to many urgent issues.

We now feel that the time has come to build solid, lasting relations with our regional neighbours. As a nation in Melania and in Delgamia, with special responsibilities towards the Mestonia Park area, Stervia is a first-rank neighbour to your country.

It is particularly important to establish a serious partnership between our two countries, given the number of questions regarding both of them, among which the advancement of international law of the sea and bilateral agreements on maritime boundaries.

We therefore accept your invitation and grant our agrément to Mr. Jean Pierre Abbassaouid as Ordlandic ambassador to Stervia in Blakelock.

We would ask you to grant your agrément to the appointment of Stanislas Mirbaut de Soltis as Stervian ambassador to the Kingdom of Ordland. A former Federal Judge in the Supreme Court of Brolecia, Mr. Mirbaut de Soltis has extensive knowledge of Mauretanian affairs.

We sincerely look forward to establishing a lasting relationship, as neighbours having a lot of things in common, among them the pursuit for peace and a better world.

Best regards,

Jeremy Volney
State Counsellor & Secretary of Foreign Affairs
