Dear Friends in Stervia,

As the wife of one of our most prominent conductors, Mrs. Westington de Beauvilliers would most certainly have a splendid insight of the Somerish culture and customs.
We feel that this is an excellent choice, and we will at your convenience choose, with her, an appropriate office within the Close, the diplomatic quarters of our capital.
As our ambassador in Blakelock we would like to suggest Mr Ewan Pont Dene, one of the authorities on the history of the Brolecian region, and particularly that of the Stervian people, at the Tuton House of Higher Learning in Sibury.
His merits include extensive travelling in Brolecia before it was divided. If you choose to accept him, he is prepared to depart for Blakelock at short notice.

May rede frith and winship for aye atween our twain lands!
May peace and friendship prevail forever between our two countries!
Paix et amitié règnent éternellement entre nos deux pays!
Signed with respect

Coleridge Earts Willish,
Reeve of the Shires of Somery
