To: Jeremy Volney State Counsellor & Secretary of Foreign Affairs Stervian Confederation I wish to confirm that Utania and Stervia will henceforth be establishing diplomatic relations after extensive talks between our representatives in the third party nation of Vingarmark. We would like to offer to the Confederation of Stervia the following address for the purposes of the Ambassador's residence: 42 B'yara Road, Presidential Central, Utan Krysaror, 12002 ..and offer the esteemed diplomat Robert Obaj to serve as our Ambassador to Stervia. Robert is, in fact, one of our longest serving Utanian ambassadors, having previously served as Ambassador to the now-defunct Kingdom of Elafites and Zufites.
