Fáilte, Counsellor Volney.

Your request for diplomatic relations has been forwarded to His Caledonian Majesty, King James VI.
After discussions between the Foreign Ministry, the Prime Minister, and the king, it has been decided to accept your gracious offer.
The Kingdom of Caledon agrees to the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two governments, and the creation of embassies in each other's capitals.
A building has been set aside in Eidyn to house the Stervian embassy, located at 7116 Rose Place.
The king has also seen fit to appoint Sir Donald McCauley as the Caledonian ambassador to Stervia. Ambassador McCauley and the first part of his staff will fly from Eidyn to Stervia aboard a special government jet as soon as your government agrees and allows flight privileges. The king looks forward to receiving Mr. Thomaszoon upon his arrival in the kingdom.
As a gesture of good faith, the Caledonian diplomatic seal is attached to this message.

God grace you and the Stervian Confederation.

Sir Edward Anstruther
Foreign Minister
Kingdom of Caledon
