Consul-General du Mareq will be departing Imperial City tomorrow, April
6. She will make a brief stop in the Royal Crown Colony of Haddock Cove
before continuing her journey, under escort, to Loic Markssen AFB in
Stervia on April 7.
The diplomatic aircraft will carry Zartanian
government registration RG-748, and the two F-12 "Bird-of-Prey" escorts will go under the call signs "Yellow 1" and "Yellow 2."
The pilots of all three aircraft, including the government passenger
plane, are Royal Zartanian Air Force officers of several years'
experience who will follow proper protocol. After discharging the
consul-general and her staff, and refueling the airplanes, the three
aircraft will depart Stervian airspace and return to the Empire. His
Royal Majesty and I look forward to meeting Consul-General Aric de
Hautmont upon his arrival.
Quarters have been arranged for the consul-general and his staff on Royalty Boulevard in northeast Imperial City until such time as the actual consulate property and building are arranged for. The consul-general's aircraft may land at Imperial City International Airport just west of the city, where it will be met by staff members from the Ministry of Foreign Relations and security personnel provided by the Royal Police. We look forward to the growth of relations between our peoples and our governments, and hope that the arrangements listed above meet with your government's approval.
