HM's Government would like to invite the Government of the Stervian
Confederation to enter into a state of mutual diplomatic relations via the
establishment of embassies. If the proposal is accepted, we shall send HE
Jean Pierre Abbassaouid, Baron of Port Avicena, who resided in Mishart as an imperial officer when the Empire of Mauretania extended to Stervian
territory, and who has resided in Mauré since. His knowledge and admiration
of Stervian culture is very great and we believe that he will be welcomed in Blackelock.
