Sultanate of Feniz
Foreign Vizakhra

To
Governments of Stervia & Ordland

Salem Alejkum to Ordland & Stervia!

In order to avoid misunderstandings and to offer a compromise, Feniz kindly asks to consider the following thoughts:
1. Areas of operation should not be meant, or looked upon, as territorial claims of sorts.
2. Operations should always be conducted observing international law, regardless of the graphic representation of such areas.
3. Generally, naval ships may and will use the high seas unrestricted and without prior notice. In this sense, the Stervian announcement can be seen as a self-restriction, worthy of notice to the WLT (Weapons Limitation Treaty).
4. To prevent misunderstandings, Stervia should consider issuing a clarifying note.

Peace to Stervia & Ordland!

Dr. Kurt S. Schroedtnigg Agha
Vizier of Foreign Affairs
