On behalf of His Royal Majesty, King Bruno II, I bid greetings to the
Stervian Confederation.
Your government's request for diplomatic relations with and recognition
by the Greater Zartanian Empire has been considered by His Royal
Majesty.
After much consideration, HRM has instructed me to offer to
establish consular relations between our two governments.
With the
establishment of such relations, your government will be allowed to
establish a consulate within a city of the Empire, to include a city in
the colonies if that is your government's wish.
Likewise, the Empire
will establish a consulate in one of your cities. In due time, these
consular relations may be upgrade to full ambassadorial relations.
If
your government is amenable to such ideas, HRM wishes to appoint
Commander Natasha du Mareq, IZN, as the Zartanian consul-general to
Stervia.
Commander du Mareq and her staff will be ready to depart from
the Royal Crown Colony of the Khor Islands by Sunday, and will fly to
Stervia aboard a Ministry of Foreign Relations jet. As with all flights
by government personnel, the jet will be escorted by two F-16 "Falcon"
fighters from the Royal Zartanian Air Force.
The RZAF requests
overflight, landing, and refueling privileges for the two fighters at a
Stervian airport.
If that is not possible, the RZAF requests overflight
privileges for the fighters which will continue on to an air base in
Caledon once the diplomatic jet has landed.
The Empire's diplomatic
seal has been attached to this message in order to demonstrate our good
will. We look forward to your government's response.
