Your Excellency, As the successor State to Brolecia, the Stervian Confederation had many priorities to take care of since its proclamation in April 302. We would like to invite you to establish full diplomatic relations with our Republic. As neighbours, commercial partners and long-time friends, we feel that the time has come to normalize our relations. Should you choose to respond positively to our request, we would ask you to grant your agrément to the appointment of Mr. Aymeric Thomaszoon as ambassador to the Kingdom of Caledon. We sincerely look forward to establishing a lasting relationship, as neighbours having a lot of things in common, among them the pursuit for peace and a better world.
